Wendy brokers through 33+ approved lenders allowing her to access the best rates and loan programs to fit each client’s unique needs. Wendy has extensive experience with conventional, FHA, VA and jumbo loans. She also is experienced in DSCR and bank statement loans.

Wendy is a local San Diegan attending Point Loma High School and then graduating from UCLA. After graduating, Wendy spent 17 years living outside of California buying and selling homes in Northern California, Chicago, and New Jersey. Wendy returned to San Diego in 2014 and shortly thereafter entered the mortgage loan business. Wendy resides in Liberty Station and is a proud mom to children Jaden & Jessa. Jaden was a track and field athlete for University of California, Berkeley and Jessa graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. In Wendy’s free time, Wendy volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Point Loma Association and Rady’s Children’s Hospital, Auxiliary and loves her Main Coon cat, Millie.
